Tekla Mortelmans is a seasoned professional at Ferranti Computer Systems, serving as both MECOMS Product Service Manager and Quality Manager since August 2005. In this dual role, Tekla oversees MECOMS Product Support and Training, collaborating with a team to assist MECOMS Partners, Customers, and internal Operations. Earlier positions include Product Support Manager, Service Manager, Project Manager, and Implementation Consultant, all focused on enhancing service management for MECOMS clients. Prior to this, Tekla worked as a Project Engineer at Karel de Grote Hogeschool, conducting research on CAN systems in vehicles. Tekla holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electronics and ICT from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, completed between 1999 and 2002.
