Nigel Rennie is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Feros Care since April 2018, Nigel has held various roles including Interim CIO and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on iterative service improvement through performance reporting and process management. Prior experience includes a decade at Opal Healthcare as Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed system monitoring and project work. Earlier roles as UNIX & DBA Engineer at GBST involved administering server hardware and providing 24-hour support. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a Networking Major from the University of Southern Queensland.
