James Conolly is a highly experienced engineer specializing in autonomy systems, currently serving as a Senior Autonomy Systems Engineer at FERNRIDE since February 2023. Prior to this role, James gained extensive experience at Argo AI, progressing from Systems Engineer to Senior Systems Engineer from June 2020 to February 2023. James also worked at Autonomous Intelligent Driving GmbH as a Systems Engineer and honed skills at BAE Systems, where roles included Delegated Technical Authority, Senior Systems Engineer, and Graduate Engineer from September 2011 to July 2018. James holds a Master’s degree in Physics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2011.
