Heather Pignatiello has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather began their career as an Office Manager and Custom Rental Salesperson at Sho-Tech Event Services in 1992, where they worked until 1999. Heather then joined Fern Exposition and Event Services as a Modular Display Salesperson and Customer Service Representative, managing the sales of rental displays and coordinating their installation and dismantle. Heather worked at Fern Exposition and Event Services for ten years, until 2009.

In 2012, Heather became the Director of the Brecksville Center for the Arts. Heather'srole involved overseeing the daily operations of the organization, managing a team of three staff members, producing a quarterly Schedule of Events Brochure, and collaborating with the Board of Trustees on special events, grants, and fundraising. Heather also handled financial tasks such as invoice approvals, deposits, and reports, and maintained relationships with stakeholders such as the City of Brecksville and local businesses. Heather left this role in 2017.

After leaving the Brecksville Center for the Arts, Heather joined Daniel P. Seink Co., Ltd in 2017. Heather served as a Special Projects Coordinator and Medicaid Renewal Assistant, assisting the law firm with online marketing, website updates, and planning educational seminars and luncheons. Heather worked directly with clients to help them with the annual Medicaid renewal process. Heather stayed with the company until 2019.

In 2019, Heather joined Fern Expo as an Account Executive Corporate Services, though the end date for this role is not specified. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they worked for YRC Freight as a Tradeshow Representative, assisting exhibitors and show management with their outbound shipping requirements during trade shows in the Greater Cleveland / Akron area.

Heather Pignatiello earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Visual Communications from Nashville State Community College.
