Sahil Gupta has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Sahil currently serves as the Managing Partner at Fermi Solutions, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, Sahil worked at Kinectrics as a Manager from October 2017 to April 2020. Sahil also worked at AMEC NSS as an Analyst from June 2012 to October 2017. Before that, Sahil gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology from May 2008 to April 2013. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Intern Student at Bruce Power from May 2010 to August 2011, where they contributed to reactor design and provided engineering support. Sahil started their professional career as a Residence Academic Leader/Resident Advisor at Campus Living Centres from September 2008 to May 2011.

Sahil Gupta received their Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Ontario Tech University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Nuclear Engineering at Ontario Tech University from 2007 to 2012. Sahil also attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 2005 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
