Vivienne Barten has a diverse background in social work and sociology, holding a Master's degree in Sociology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Currently, Vivienne serves as a Beleidsadviseur at Ferm Werk since February 2024. Prior to this role, Vivienne worked at De Tussenvoorziening from July 2017 to January 2024, serving as Teamleider Huurbureau and as a Budgetconsulent en schuldhulpverlener. Vivienne also gained experience as a Beschermingsbewindvoerder at AV inkomensbeheer from May 2015 to April 2017 and at Bewindvoerderskantoor Kroezen from November 2012 to April 2015.
