Thomas P. McKenney has been a Director of the Corporation since 1992. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in November 2011 and served in that capacity until April 2021. Mr. McKenney is an accomplished and experienced attorney with a private practice located in Holly, Michigan. He provides a unique legal and negotiating perspective to board deliberations, and his experience with estate planning assists him in his role as head of the Bank’s Trust Committee.
