Sari Eager currently serves as vs Henkilöstöjohtaja and HR Team Leader at Fennia since December 2020. Prior to this role, Sari Eager was employed at Finnair OYJ as People Lead in the People & Culture department from April 2017 to December 2020. Sari Eager's experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at LSG Sky Chefs Finland and Starfood Finland Oy from October 2012 to April 2017, as well as Industrial Relations Manager at Finnair Catering in 2011-2012. Sari Eager holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Helsinki, as well as multiple qualifications in human resources, including an HR Director degree from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, and a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Additional education includes studies at the University of Jyväskylä and Helsinki Design School, where Sari Eager earned a degree in photography.
