Mika Manninen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Group CFO and deputy CEO at Fennia since August 2015, Mika is responsible for strategic planning and implementation. Previously, Mika held the position of Group CRO and was instrumental in preparing the organization for Solvency II reporting. With a tenure on the Board of Directors for Pihlajalinna from April 2019 to April 2023, Mika contributed to navigating significant changes in social and healthcare policies. Earlier career roles include Head of Risk Advisory and Manager of Derivatives Sales at Danske Markets, Trader at Sampo Bank Treasury Trading & Sales, and Risk Controller and Analyst in the bank’s treasury division. Mika holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä and has completed further management training.
