JohnCarlo Caschetto is an emerging finance professional with a focus on real estate investments and asset management. Currently serving as a Summer & Fall Analyst at Fengate Asset Management and holding the roles of Vice President and Director of Finance at the Ted Rogers Real Estate Association, JohnCarlo has developed a robust foundation in real estate private equity. Previous experience includes positions as an Analyst at Parmax Realty Services Ltd. and an Investment Analyst at Investa Insights, as well as internships at Brookfield Asset Management and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. JohnCarlo is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance with a Co-op Option at the Ted Rogers School of Management, set to graduate in May 2025.
