E. Christian Hager has held numerous positions in the business and technology industries since 2004. From 2004-2011, they were the Principal and Co-Founder of Hager Ernst LLC, a consultancy focused on corporate strategy for domestic or international clients in renewable energy, sustainability and satellite telecommunications. In 2011, they became the National Sales Director and Investor for US Medical Innovations LLC, where they led direct and indirect sales teams and conducted product training for surgeons, healthcare providers and sales reps. From 2017-2018, they were the Executive Vice President of warmUP Medical Products, a Division of AVAcore Technologies, Inc., where they developed the Sales strategy and function prior to launch of a DARPA-funded medical technology. In 2018, they were the Lead Solutionist/ VP Business Development at Dead-on-Demand powered by EDT, and also held a Direct Sales Catalyst role at NetAbstraction, Inc. In 2019, they were the Founder & Managing Director of 65 | Peak LLC, and also held a Sales Consultant role at MISO3. In 2020, they were the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Fend Incorporated, the Vice President of Business Development at the same company, and held a Fractional Sales Executive role at Proctor360. E. Christian is also currently the VP-Operations and Advisory Board Member at FireBot Suppression, Inc.

E. Christian Hager has a diverse educational background. E. Christian attended Harvard Business School, where they completed an Executive Program in Strategic Negotiations. E. Christian also studied Political Science at the University of New Hampshire. Finally, they earned a Masters in International Business/Political Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
