Rafael Gouriveau is a Maître de conférences at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques and a Chercheur at Institut FEMTO-ST since September 2005. Rafael co-founded Kipers Industries in November 2017 and served as President until April 2022, where the company focused on digitizing quality processes and developing digital tools for industrial performance analysis. Rafael's academic qualifications include a current Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches in Prognostics & Health Management from Université de Franche-Comté, a Doctorate in Industrial Systems from Toulouse INP, and a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies as well as a Diplôme d’Ingénieur Généraliste, both from Toulouse INP and Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes respectively.
