Décio Roveda Júnior is a Brazilian medical doctor who has dedicated their career to helping women through their work at FEMME - Laboratório da Mulher. Décio has been with the organization since its founding in February 1993 and currently serves as its Director of Medicine. In this role, they lead the medical team and develops administrative and strategic activities. Prior to their work at FEMME, Dr. Roveda Júnior served as the Coordinating Doctor and Administrator for the Tomography Service at Hospital São Cristovão. Décio began their medical career at this hospital in December 1993 and held this position until December 2018. Throughout their career, Dr. Roveda Júnior has shown a dedication to their patients and a commitment to improving the lives of women in Brazil.

Décio Roveda Júnior has a masters in medicine from Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSC-SP) and a degree in medicine from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
