Esther Tomaschko is a Senior Product Designer at felmo since May 2022, with previous experience as a UX Designer at Moccu from May 2019 to May 2022 and as a Venture Developer & Project Manager at Digital Health Factory from July 2018 to May 2019. As the Chief Medical Officer at Stoplisp, a digital therapeutic focused on speech therapy for individuals with a lisp, Esther developed a comprehensive therapy concept, implemented user research through interviews and surveys, and created various digital assets including the homepage and social media content. Previous internships included user research and branding at &EQUITY, and project assistance at WALKING BRANDS GmbH. Esther holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Münster and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, as well as a state certification as a Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant.
