Joycelene Cofield has a strong background in human resources and payroll management. Joycelene started their career in 1993 at Metcalf Bank, where they worked as a Financial Controls/Senior Bookkeeper for 14 years. In 2007, they joined Piper USD 203 as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, a role they held for six years. In 2013, they joined Berkel & Company Contractors, Inc. as a Payroll Manager for a year. Joycelene then moved to MidCountry Financial Corp in 2014, where they served as an HRIS/Payroll Manager for four years. Joycelene'smost recent position is with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where they began as a Benefits Manager in 2016 and progressed to Director of Human Resources in 2019. Currently, they hold the role of EVP of Human Resources.

Joycelene Cofield obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Kansas City Kansas Community College. Joycelene later pursued further education at Mid America Nazarene University, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership between 2019 and 2021.
