Laure Cohen van Delft is an accomplished executive business coach, facilitator, and educator with extensive experience in leadership coaching and humanistic management. As the founder and facilitator of "Le pouvoir des questions" since November 2022, Laure focuses on guiding leaders through inquiry. Laure has been actively involved with SmartCoaching since January 2002 and serves as a leadership coach at BTS, along with teaching courses at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) since March 2019. Additional engagements include roles as an executive coach for Felix Global and as a certified facilitator with CoachingOurselves International Inc.
