Kevin Williams holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Science. Currently serving as a Production Support Manager at FEI Systems since November 2021, responsibilities include leading a service desk team, staff management, and performance assessment. Previously, Kevin worked as an IT Service Desk Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau from July 2019 to September 2021, supervising service desk agents and developing training documentation. Prior experience includes serving as an Escalation Manager at Blackboard Inc. from 2006 to 2018, and as an Operations Manager at Presidium Learning from 2003 to 2006, focusing on call center analytics and operational oversight.
