Beth Benjamin has more than 20 years of experience conducting research, teaching, and writing in the field of organizational science. She is currently the chief operating officer of Mind the Gap, a non-profit organization that provides private political donors with evidence-based guidance on the most cost-effective strategies, tactics, and programs that good science indicates will increase the probability of critical electoral wins. Prior to Mind the Gap, Beth led research and analytics across a broad range of institutions. She built the first team of behavioral and data scientists at Medallia, a leading provider of experience management software. She was also the founding executive director of the Center for Leadership and Research at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she spent almost a decade fostering cross-disciplinary leadership research and developing the School’s first formal leadership development curriculum. Earlier in her career, Beth was an organizational behaviorist at the RAND corporation and worked in management consulting for Booz Allen & Hamilton and McKinsey & Company. Beth has a PhD in Business from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Cornell.
