Christine Serafin

Customer Success Manager at Feedtrail

Christine Serafin has been in the workforce since 2008. Christine began their career as an Implementation and Training Specialist at API Healthcare. In 2012, they moved to TNT Dental as a Project Manager for Website Development. In 2015, Christine joined IBM as a Technical Solutions Manager, where they served as the primary point of contact between customer and technical support. In 2017, they took on the role of Operations Project Coordinator at U.S. Dermatology Partners. Most recently, in 2022, Christine began working as a Customer Success Manager at Feedtrail.

Christine Serafin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing from the University of North Texas. Christine also holds a Certified Quality Improvement Associate from the American Society for Quality and a Training Manager Certification from Langevin Learning Services.
