The Program and Project Management team at Feeding Northeast Florida oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of various initiatives aimed at combating hunger and food insecurity. This team addresses the logistical and operational aspects of connecting rescued food with over 160 partners and programs within the hunger network. They collaborate closely with local grocery stores, manufacturers, and farms, manage community outreach efforts, advocate for policy changes, and ensure efficient distribution of meals and services to those in need.
