Ramani is Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Helen of Troy whose brands include Braun, OXO and PUR. He joined the board in mid-2019. Previously, he served as CIO at Flowers Bakeries (producers of popular brands including Nature’s Own, Wonder and Tastycake), Aryzta (an international, multi-regional food company based in Switzerland) and Constellation Brands.
