Mark Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mark has worked as a Cloud & Technical Architect and Lead DevOps Engineer at Feed It Back, where they successfully launched the Yoodee application globally and implemented a scalable Azure architecture. At IDBS, Mark held various positions including Principal Technologist, Technical Team Lead, and Development Team Lead. Mark played a key role in reducing Product Support SLA breaches and mentored support staff. Mark also worked on several projects for E-Workbook, including enterprise search and integrating AWS resources. Mark has also worked as an Independent Consultant for The Met Office, The Automobile Association, British Gas, and Oracle Corporation, and as a Consultant at Logica. Mark possesses expertise in agile development, Jenkins, Artifactory, Oracle databases, and Oracle Financials.

Mark Baker attended the University of Leeds from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng 2(I)) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various IT fields, including Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, PRINCE2, ITIL, and Oracle Database Administration.
