Beau Keegan is an experienced Craft Spirits Specialist at Fedway Associates since June 2017, with a strong background in beverage management and event coordination. Prior to this role, Beau served as a Consulting Partner at FIG Catering, where responsibilities included creating tailored beverage menus and managing high-end catering events. At Trama's Trattoria, Beau excelled as Bar Manager and Wine Director, developing a cocktail and wine program and overseeing staff training. Experience as Beverage Director at Ama Ristorante & The Driftwood Cabana Club included implementing profitable beverage programs and fostering vendor relationships. Beau’s career began at Buona Sera Ristorante as Head Bartender and included a position as Wine Director & Assistant Beverage Manager at Bistro 491. Beau holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and a diploma in Culinary Arts from Brookdale Community College.
