Suchika M. currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at FedTec since April 2023. Prior to this role, Suchika M. held various positions at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. from December 2007 to March 2023, including Director of Client Services, Senior Talent Executive Manager, and Recruitment Head, focusing on federal IT recruitment and talent acquisition management. Suchika M. has been instrumental in overseeing a team of over 30 IT federal recruiters. Academically, Suchika M. earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management between 2009 and 2011, a Bachelor of Arts in French from St Bede's College from 2003 to 2006, and completed high school with a focus in Economics at Auckland House School, Shimla, from 1992 to 2002.
