Flavio Viventi has extensive experience in the paper production industry, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Fedrigoni Group since April 2010, following roles as Production Manager and Vice-Production Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing production processes and managing a team of approximately 60 staff members, with notable projects such as the establishment of a new brokes purification plant and the implementation of a new size press. Prior to this, Flavio worked as a Production Assistant at Fedrigoni Spa, enhancing coordination and team interaction to ensure efficient production of over two thousand types of paper. Flavio's career began at Nuove Cartiere di Tivoli, where responsibilities included the start-up of a "CRESCENT FORMER" machine for tissue paper production. Flavio holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Università degli Studi di Verona and a degree in paper science from the University of Camerino, complemented by a diploma in accounting from scuola superiore Cesare Battisti.
