Currently serving as Managing Director Legal and Lead Legal Counsel for Antitrust & Competition Law at FedEx since December 2018, Pieter has previously held significant positions, including Advocaat | Partner at Van Iersel Luchtman advocaten and roles at FLORET and HVG - Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP. Expertise encompasses comprehensive competition law matters, including compliance, merger control, and civil litigation. Academic qualifications include a PG Dip in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London and multiple law degrees from prestigious institutions, including The University of Manchester and Maastricht University.
