Jasper van Hemert is an accomplished UX design professional with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of UX Design at FedEx since December 2020, Jasper previously held the position of Head of Product at tell Charlie, where responsibilities included customer development, market research, product strategy, and growth initiatives. Prior roles at trivago and TomTom encompassed user research and product ownership, while earlier career experiences include co-founding Mylogic and roles at Utrecht University and Philips Research. Jasper holds an MSc in Psychology from Utrecht University and is pursuing further education at Nyenrode Business University.
