Cheryl Cheong currently serves as a Performance and Total Rewards Senior Specialist at FedEx since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked at ADDX as Manager of Talent and Organisation Development and as an Organizational Development Specialist. Cheryl's experience includes a position as a Psychologist specializing in Organisational Psychology at the Central Narcotics Bureau, as well as contributing as an Executive in Sector Planning at Yellow Ribbon Singapore, where key events for stakeholders in the Aftercare Sector were organized. Cheryl also has academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts, both from The University of Auckland, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Singapore Management University.
