Robert Reid is a seasoned motorsport professional with extensive experience in competitive rallying and consultancy. Since January 2011, Robert has held multiple leadership roles at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, including FIA Deputy President Motorsport and President of the FIA Closed Road Commission. As Director at RGR Consulting Ltd and Sporting Director at Elite Sports Performance Ltd since December 2003 and January 2009, respectively, Robert has contributed to the development of numerous world champion drivers and teams. Notably, Robert was a Rally CoDriver for Richard Burns, achieving a World Championship title in 2001 and multiple podium finishes in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Educationally, Robert holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Elite Performance Talent Identification and Development from the University of Central Lancashire and a degree in Agriculture from the University of Edinburgh.
