Anders Ydstedt is an experienced professional actively involved in various organizations since the late 1990s. Currently, Ydstedt serves as a member of the FIA Mobility Policy Commission at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, and holds the position of vice styrelseordförande at VTI, Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut since June 2019. Ydstedt has been the styrelseordförande of Svensk Tidskrift since September 2012 and operates as the owner of Scantech Strategy Advisors since 2006. Previous roles include senior policy advisor - communications, regional manager, and assistant regional manager at Svenskt Näringsliv from 2001 to 2005, and assistant regional manager at the Swedish Employers Federation, SAF, from 1999 to 2001. Ydstedt's educational background includes studies at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Malmö Högskola.
