Jean-Luc VALLET is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the management and development of public enterprises in France. Currently serving as the Responsable des territoires urbains at the Fédération des élus des Entreprises publiques locales (FedEpl) since January 2010, Jean-Luc focuses on enhancing the network of large cities and metropolitan areas, overseeing 355 enterprises across 42 urban areas. Previously, Jean-Luc held the position of Délégué territorial for the South and Occitanie regions, where responsibilities included promoting public enterprises and providing strategic guidance to local authorities. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur at SOCIETE ANONYME D'ECONOMIE MIXTE ALES (SAEM ALES), overseeing operational management and stakeholder relations, and working as Chargé de mission développement économique at Alès Agglomération. Education includes a DESS in European Law and Management from the University of Pau and Adour Countries and a Maîtrise in Public Law from Université Grenoble Alpes.
