Norm Halabi, PMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Major Projects at Federated Co-operatives Limited since January 2024, focusing on collaboration to advance FCL’s Energy Road Map. Previously, Norm held various positions at WorleyParsons from January 2006 to January 2024, including Director of Projects and Director of Projects for the Pipeline Systems Business Unit, demonstrating extensive experience in project management and portfolio oversight. Norm began a career at CoSyn Technology from January 1994 to January 2006 as Senior Project Manager and Senior Piping Designer. Norm is a Certified Engineering Technologist in Engineering Design/Drafting, having completed education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1989.
