Jose Kho is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and Business Owner with extensive experience in real estate and engineering. Since April 2014, Jose has been with Federal Signal, initially serving as a Warranty Engineer and currently holding the title of Senior Integration Specialist. In September 2019, Jose founded Ethereal Estates LLC, focusing on acquiring, rehabbing, and managing rental real estate investment properties. Recent engagements include business development for Home Genius in early 2024, where outreach to home service providers and presentations to investors were key responsibilities, and consulting for Greater Southwest Development Corporation, performing due diligence for land acquisition in early 2023. Jose holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
