Mark Gould is the Chief Payments Executive for the Federal Reserve Financial Services, leading a team that provides a diverse range of payment products, including the FedNow® Service. Based in San Francisco, they have extensive experience in payments, technology, strategy, and operations, having previously served in various key roles at the San Francisco Fed, including Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer. With a career at the Federal Reserve that began in 1995, Gould has continually shared insights at industry events worldwide. They are currently pursuing education at Pacific Lutheran University.
