Lonnie Dafney, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Federal Reserve Financial Services since March 2022, Lonnie has previously held key roles such as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at EMC Insurance Companies and Director of Human Resources at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Lonnie's career in human resources began at Wells Fargo, where a significant tenure spanned from 1992 to 2017 in various HR roles, culminating as a Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Lonnie worked as a Global Talent Development Consultant at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. Lonnie holds a BA in Business Management from William Penn University and has furthered education at Iowa State University.
