Larissa Chan is a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, engaged in supporting economists with academic research and policy briefs related to the economy. Previously, Larissa held the role of Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where research focused on the impact of mobile money on female business owners in developing countries, along with data analysis using Stata. Additional experience includes working as a Paralegal Assistant at the Colorado State Public Defender, where timely analysis and motion drafting were key responsibilities, and serving as a Campaign Finance Fellow for Governor Jay Inslee, contributing to fundraising efforts and donor data organization. Larissa holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Political Science (Honors) from the University of Washington, completed in 2023.
