Joy Wittnebert-Barnosky, SMC, is an experienced digital project manager with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Digital Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since January 2019, Joy previously held the role of Project Manager at Arcweb Technologies from April 2014 to January 2019. Joy's extensive background in operations and project management includes a tenure at the Society of Hospital Medicine, where multiple management roles were undertaken from January 2006 to April 2014, including Director of Governance & Operations and IT Director. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Drexel University, as well as a Certificate in Project Management from Temple University.
