Ellen Crain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer compliance and banking operations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Consumer Compliance at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since September 2015, Ellen Crain holds previous roles at Susquehanna Bank, including Vice President and Director of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), where responsibilities included coordinating CRA efforts and presenting activity analyses to senior management. Prior to that, Ellen Crain was a Senior Vice President Operations Manager/CRA Officer and Senior Vice President Residential Lending Manager, focusing on branch operations, fair lending compliance, and residential lending management. Ellen Crain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Roger Williams University.
