Chung Fai (Chris) Cheng is an Information Technology Generalist Apprentice at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, having previously served as a Computer Support Specialist for the School District of Philadelphia. In the role at the school district, responsibilities included troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing inventory, overseeing help desk systems, and providing technical training. Chung's foundational IT training was established at Jobworks Inc, where completion of a 250+ hour program led to multiple industry certifications, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA IT Fundamentals. Prior management experience in the restaurant industry involved co-owning Danny's Wok III, where operations and staff training were key focuses, along with technology oversight. Education includes a high school diploma with a concentration in Information Technology from Clark Advanced Learning Center.
