Shawn Broxterman is an experienced HRIT Technical Analyst Sr at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn served as the SVP - Director of Human Resources and Compensation and Benefits Administrator at CoreFirst Bank & Trust from November 2014 to August 2022. Shawn has a solid background in human resources, having worked at Payless ShoeSource from May 2002 to October 2014 in various roles, including Sr. Analyst HRIS, Supervisor - Benefits, and Analyst - Compensation. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Friends University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
