Grace Carlson, Au.D., currently serves as a Treasury Services Division Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since January 2023, focusing on project management, data analysis, budget activities, and process improvements. With a decade of experience, including roles as a Senior Facilitator and Assistant Director of Recruitment at Missouri Leadership Seminar and as an Au Pair in Spain, Grace has demonstrated strong communication and teaching skills. Previous clinical experiences encompass diverse audiology roles at various healthcare institutions, including the V A Eastern Kansas Healthcare System and Children's Mercy Kansas City, specializing in diagnostics, treatment, and patient counseling. Grace holds a Doctor of Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology from The University of Kansas.
