Erin Sims is an Analyst Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since July 2021, following experience as a Supplemental Instruction Mentor at Oklahoma State University from August 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included mentoring leaders and facilitating professional development. Erin previously served as a Regional Affairs Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in the summer of 2020 and as a Supply Chain Management Intern at Spirit AeroSystems in the summer of 2019, focusing on data organization and communication with executives. Earlier roles included positions as Assistant Mentor and Economics Supplemental Instruction Leader at Oklahoma State University, which involved training and session improvement for a large team and simplifying economic concepts for students. Erin holds a degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2021.
