Sharmin Ashtaputre is the AVP at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Sharmin has over 9 years of experience in various industries including healthcare, consulting, and financial services.

Sharmin started their career as a summer intern at Sabre Holdings (Travelocity) in 2009 and then joined The Romans Group, LLC as an International Business Development Manager in 2010. In 2011, they joined Memorial Hermann Health System as a Special Projects - Chief of Staff and then EY as a Manager in the same year.

In 2015, Sharmin joined Riveron Consulting as an Sr. Manager. Sharmin served in this role for 2 years before joining Northbound Treatment Services as the Vice President of Strategy in 2017. Sharmin held this role for 1 year before joining Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as the AVP in 2018.

Sharmin Ashtaputre has a MBA in Marketing and Strategy - Global Business from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Sharmin also has a BBA from Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Sharmin Ashtaputre has also completed a certification from McKinsey & Company in Asian Executive Leadership Program.
