Tanya Duncan is the Executive Vice President of Revenue and Strategy at the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Ms. Duncan has in-depth banking industry knowledge and expertise and advances the Association's federal legislative, regulatory, and policy agenda in Washington, DC. In addition to working as a lobbyist, Ms. Duncan has proven success in generating significant revenue by developing and managing seminars, workshops, schools, conferences for banking executives and their staff and emerging leaders. In 2012, she started the Association's Women in Banking conference, which brings together women from New England states for a day of hearing from industry thought leaders, networking and recognizing outstanding women leaders.
Ms. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. She then earned an MBA from the University of Detroit-Mercy.
