Jeannine DeLano is the vice president of Program Performance for the FedNow Service program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role with, Jeannine is responsible for working with project leadership to implement and run enhancements to program performance. Prior to this role, Jeannine served as vice president of the Enterprise Resource Platform’s (ERP) program management office, where she led activities focused on overall program management organization and execution, health reporting, budget tracking, and assurance planning.
Jeannine joined the Boston Fed in 1999 in the retail payments office, managing the Boston Fed’s adherence to check clearing for the 21st Century Act and other aspects of retail payment modernization. In 2015, she became a vice president within the Federal Reserve’s Program Assurance Function (PAF) where she managed PAF engagement services, responsible for system-level program leader engagement, performance metrics, health analysis, and reporting to governance stakeholders. She also served as an assistant vice president in Treasury Services where she managed program and project initiatives for the Treasury Portfolio Management Office.
Jeannine earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, holds a certificate in project management from Boston University, and is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management Greater Boston Executive Management Program.
