Angela L. currently serves as the Director and Technical Project Manager for Applied FinTech Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Angela worked at Amazon Web Services as a Principal Technical Program Manager from January 2017 to November 2021, focusing on customer partnerships and cross-functional team solutions in emerging technology domains. Additional experience includes roles at UnitedHealth Group as an Information Technology Program Manager, where Angela led significant initiatives in Medicaid systems, and as a Senior Project Manager managing high-profile pharmacy benefit projects. Angela's earlier roles include senior positions at America's Leading Nonprofit Health Plan and Carrington Mortgage Services, alongside managerial responsibilities at DIRECTV. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
