Jeremy Lutes is an experienced Industry Economist at the Federal Maritime Commission since August 2021, focusing on analyzing data related to ocean shipping agreements and their anticompetitive effects. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked as a Project Management Consultant at Inova Health System, managing multiple analytical projects and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience includes serving as an Underwriter Analyst at Greystone & Co., where Jeremy ensured compliance with HUD MAP underwriting standards, and internships at the U.S. Department of State, conducting economic research and monitoring foreign investments. Earlier roles included supervision in customer service and bankruptcy management at DEVAL LLC. Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from George Mason University.
