Ana Bess Pingol serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Federal Land, Inc. since June 2013, concurrently holding key financial leadership roles in several joint ventures and development companies, including Horizon Land Inc. and Bonifacio Landmark Realty Development Corporation. In addition, Ana Bess has been a part-time faculty member at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where Ana Bess serves as the Department Chair for Economics, Finance, and Accounting since January 2016. Previous executive experience includes positions at SM Land Inc., Metro Pacific Investment Corporation, and Tetra Pak Philippines Inc., among others. Ana Bess holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East.
