Valerie Yee is an accomplished Corporate Event Planner at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco since February 2022. With extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, Valerie previously served as the Director of Events and Catering Sales at Delfina Restaurant from July 2015 to May 2019 and as General Manager at Wynn Las Vegas from December 2008 to April 2015. Earlier career roles include Restaurant Manager positions at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and STARR RESTAURANTS from 2003 to 2008. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
