Leslie Drish has extensive work experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Leslie currently holds the position of Vice President, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this, they held progressive roles in the diversity and inclusion field at Tyson Foods and the YMCA of the USA. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, Leslie pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and Strategic Planning at the University of Illinois Chicago. In 1993 to 1995, Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Education and English from DePaul University.
